Reporting a conversion problem

Please include enough information for us to repeat the problem:

• The input format and selected output format, such as PNG → TIFF.
• Your browser name and version, operating system, and whether you used a phone or computer.
• The approximate file size, image dimensions, or number of PDF pages.
• The exact error message and whether it appeared while selecting, converting or downloading.
• Whether a different, small file in the same format works.

Sharing a sample file

Do not attach identity documents, medical information, private photos or files containing personal metadata. Describe the issue first. If you share a sample, create a non-sensitive file that demonstrates it; review screenshots for filenames and personal details too.

Privacy, licensing and other questions

Read the privacy explanation and codec notices for how the tool handles files and third-party software. Email us with corrections or questions. Describe a problem before sending attachments; file contents you choose to email are separate from the converter’s local processing.

FormatPlease does not keep a server copy of your selected files, so we cannot recover a closed session or inspect a failed conversion remotely. Reproducing a problem depends on the details you choose to share.
