Audio quality
Original sample rate and channels preserve the supported PCM samples. For WAV/AIFF output, choose a bit depth at least as high as the source. Changing sample rate, channels or reducing bit depth changes the samples.
Format compatibility and settings
Keep your original FLAC recording before creating a delivery copy. AIFF output uses big-endian 16/24-bit PCM for compatible audio editors. AIFC and compressed AIFF variants are excluded. WAV-to-AIFF changes the container and byte order; original rate/channels and sufficient bit depth preserve samples.
Local processing and practical limits
The audio engine loads when needed and processes one file at a time in a worker. No upload server is involved. Cancel stops the worker. Download and clear results to release memory. Tags and artwork are omitted.
Verify local processing. Read the audio software notices.
